(Registration No. 202601039570 (1701665-H)) carries on the business of development, sourcing, branding, marketing, import, export, wholesale, retail and online sale of consumer, lifestyle, home and living, stationery, accessory, gift, apparel, branded merchandise, private-label and customised products through e-commerce platforms, marketplaces and other channels, registered in Malaysia with its registered address at 03-05-06, REVO AURORA PLACE, 1, PERSIARAN JALIL 1, BUKIT JALIL, 57000 KUALA LUMPUR.

02 Who Can Order

You must be at least 18 years old, or ordering with the involvement of a parent, guardian, or authorized adult, to place an order with us. Business and bulk orders must be placed by a person authorized to act on behalf of the ordering business or organisation.

03 Product Information & Pricing

We take reasonable care to describe products, colours, variants and specifications accurately. All prices on this website are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and exclude delivery, which is quoted separately. Prices, specifications and availability may change without notice, and we reserve the right to correct any pricing or listing error.

04 Cart, Checkout & Order Acceptance

Adding a product to the cart on this website does not reserve stock. Submitting the checkout form takes you to our payment provider to pay for your order. A successful payment is a request to order, not an automatic contract: an order is only accepted once COMMONFOLK COMMERCE confirms stock and delivery or collection. If we cannot fulfil an order, the amount paid will be refunded.

05 Payment

Orders placed through this website are paid online in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through our payment provider; we do not see or store your card or bank login details. The amount charged is the total of the products in your cart; any delivery charge is confirmed separately by our team. Goods are dispatched or made available for collection once payment has been received. Bulk, customised or large orders may instead be quoted and invoiced by arrangement.

06 Delivery & Collection

Delivery and collection are arranged as described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timeframes given at confirmation are estimates and not guaranteed.

07 Returns

Returns, refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

08 Specification, Customisation & Product Use Disclaimer

Specification details (size, capacity, material, pack quantity and similar information) shown on this website are the standard listing specification for that product; colour and variant options are listed on each product page, and exact shades, finishes and fabric textures may vary slightly by batch or supplier availability and by screen display while meeting the stated specification. Photographs are illustrative of the product style and may show items or quantities that differ from the pack contents; the “Price is for…” line and the pack quantity on each product page state exactly what a listing price covers. Follow the care and use notes on each product page (for example hand-wash recommendations), and keep candles, diffusers and fragranced products away from children, pets and heat. Customisation, printing, embroidery, engraving and labelling are available only on items marked as customisable and are subject to artwork approval, production minimums and a confirmed quotation; for private-label products the final label must match the actual formulation and meet applicable labelling requirements. Material and care notes are as stated on each product page.

09 Bulk, Wholesale & Custom Orders

Bulk, wholesale and customised pricing is quoted individually and may be subject to minimum order quantities, artwork approval, production lead times, agreed payment terms, and separate freight arrangements as described in our Shipping Policy. Such pricing is provided for resale, corporate or business use and is not intended for individual retail comparison.

10 Website Content & Intellectual Property

The COMMONFOLK COMMERCE name, logo, product images and website content are the property of COMMONFOLK COMMERCE SDN. BHD. or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used without our prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, COMMONFOLK COMMERCE SDN. BHD. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from a delayed or incorrect order, beyond the value of the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Malaysian consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of this website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
